I started having Jess as my Personal Trainer as I lacked self motivation. Over the years I have joined classes and gyms but didn’t see the results I wanted and got bored very quickly. She has made me feel confident in my ability to succeed and challenge myself. Jess is always there to encourage me. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would utter the words “I enjoy exercise” and I must do as I see her 3 times a week now! She is extremely affordable and I feel money well worth spending. My fitness levels have gone up and I can feel the benefits. She is just as passionate about me getting the body I want as I am. She doesn’t lie and makes it quite clear that it takes a lot of hard work to get that perfect body, but it is a goal we can all reach with determination. Seeing Jess is a way of life for me now and I feel very fortunate to have found her. She is my first and last trainer as I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my training as she is extremely knowledgeable and a true expert in her field.
I have been a member of a gym for a few years and was getting bored with the same routine. Jess was highly recommended to me as a personal trainer and so I decided to book some sessions with her. She listened to what I would like to achieve - she has given me lots of good dietry advice and tailored a great exercise plan, every session is different, but fun, challenging and very rewarding. Jess is full of enthusiasm, very encouraging and excellent at motivating you and she knows whats shes talking about!!! After only 6 weeks of sessions i feel so much more toned and fit and are amazed with what you can achieve. Thank you Jess, I look forward to many more sessions with you.
I started training with Jess at JPT nearly 4 months ago and have already got great results both in my fitness levels and my body shape. The Classes are varied, at a time that suit, well within budget and what is important to me - fun. As they are small groups I really feel that Jess keeps an eye on me all the time, to correct if necessary and to push me to achieve more. I have also had a couple of one-to-one sessions where she has showed me how to lift safely and worked out a routine for me to use in the gym when I go. With her help I feel that my goals are achieveable and sustainable.
Having just had a baby and in need of some serious weight loss and toning I was recommended Jess by a friend. I have had personal trainers in the past with good results but Jess has surpassed them with her dedication and up to date fitness knowledge and the fact that she tailors the program just for me rather that delivering a standard exercise plan. I am already seeing results and am feeling fitter every week.
