Advice will be given continuously to help you and I will be there to support you 24/7.
 

Programmes are changed every session to keep things fresh and not dull so you look forward to your workout rather than filled with dread, as you know what is coming next! A Full body assessment is done every 4 weeks to make sure your on track and it is a chance to discuss what the next 4 weeks are going to bring you. 

 

The sessions are fun and varied but are also going to make you work hard to get the maximum benefit. With me guiding you through using different methods making you feel relaxed, feel comfortable but most importantly enjoying your exercise. 

 

Throughout the session different methods are used from kettle bells to resistance band, free weights to dumb bells and body weight exercise's to medicine balls. With each session being tailored personally to you, you will hopefully enjoy what is to coming next.
