With so many ‘fad’ diets on the market its hard to work out which is the best thing for you.

 

There are so many different food plans to choose from but the bottom line is no one wants to be on a diet for the rest of their lives. With nutritional guidance from me you can see that there is a way to do it and sustain it without having to think your always missing out. No 2 people are the same so I will advise and guide you on what your body needs personally and there is no need to cut out your favourite foods!

 

I will ask you to be brutally honest about what you have eaten 7 days prior to meeting me. I will get you to fill out a food diary, which you will document everything, that passes your lips and at what time! By doing this I can see at which part of the day you are craving certain foods or having a bad five minutes. I will also pin point certain foods that you should be eating more off and also what foods you should be eating less of.


Between us we will get your eating under control and bad habits changed to good sustainable habits. After 4 weeks you will wonder how you ate what you did before, and it is amazing how quickly you will be able to see the difference to your wellbeing and how you feel.
